Hello to all in the blogosphere! To anybody who reads this blog, I apologize I don't do much creative writing outside of poetry. That's about to change! I have started writing a somewhat short story written in short chapter-like installments. I will be posting them as I finish them, hopefully. ^^ Here is a quick preview of my story:
The screaming started around 4:30 about 20 minutes after he checked my homework. He must have finished checking Matthew and Louis’ homework by now. Dad is fast and efficient. Mom. He’s yelling at mom. I’m not sure about what. I don’t even know if he’s sure what. I hear a soft thud like a basketball hitting the carpet. Now he’s getting violent, this is not going to be a good night. My heart pulls me towards the door, but my mind takes over and propels me back to my bed. If i go out there, I won’t make it back to my room without a few bruises. A few more bruises that is.
Whoa you really need to continue the story you absorbed me so much that I really need to know what happens! O.O
